Your role

As a construction manager with us, you will be responsible for driving the work forward with a focus on the construction phase. You will be involved from the pre-project phase to completion, ensuring that the project follows the plan, meets deadlines, and achieves the right quality.

In this role, you will support the project manager by coordinating contractors, suppliers, and operational organizations, as well as following up on progress on site. You will play an active role in procurement and contribute to selecting the right partners. You will also be responsible for the work environment as BAS U, which means ensuring that all work environment regulations are followed and that work is carried out safely.

You will be part of a team working towards mining or processing depending on your experience and skills. The role offers great variety, allowing you to work on different types of projects that may vary in scope and complexity.

You bring with you

To succeed in the role of construction manager, you are communicative and enjoy having many points of contact. You take responsibility for your work and have the ability to see solutions where others see obstacles. You show consideration and respect in all situations and contribute to an open and constructive dialogue.

We expect you to have:

• Work experience in electrical, construction, or mechanical fields
• Approved high school education
• Driver's license for manual transmission

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Previous experience as a construction manager
• Authorization as an electrician
